How to use the Grab the Mic word generator
Put one phone or laptop where everyone can see it and choose which word sets are in play. Easy Starters on its own is the right call for a first round; add Hard Mode once the group has warmed up. Set the turn timer to five, ten or fifteen seconds, or switch it off if your group prefers to argue about it.
Press the button to draw. The word appears, everyone races for the mic, and whoever grabs it sings a real song lyric containing that word. Judge it as a group, then draw the next one. The generator never repeats a word until you reset, so a long session does not start looping.

How does the word generator work?
Choose which of the six word sets are in play, then press the draw button. It picks a random word from those sets and never repeats one until you reset, and an optional timer of 5, 10 or 15 seconds runs the turn for you.
Can I use it without the card game?
Yes. All you need is the generator, something to use as a microphone, and a group. Reveal the word, race to grab the mic, and sing a real lyric containing it. A hairbrush works fine.
Does it work offline?
Once the page has loaded, drawing words happens entirely in your browser, so a dropped connection mid-game will not stop you. Our app is the better option if you know you will have no signal at all.
